My past life? Engineer, Recruiter and small business owner. 

Currently: Enthusiastic Triathlon and Nutrition Coach with the background of a Personal Trainer and a focus on injury prevention!

My avocation is teaching. My approach to wellness: to find a balance between traditional fitness (strength, flexibility, endurance), functional components (balance, coordination), and emotional aspects (i.e. stress management, nutrition) while reducing injury and enjoying a healthy life. It is my goal and desire to provide you as my future client with the best and most current advice and instruction available. Fitness has always been a part of my life.
